One of four things need to happen. Either we need a weekly bounty (or something) that gives us a guaranteed red border weapon drop for a specific weapon. Or we need to be able to buy an engram that guarantees a specific weapon for x amount of strange coins. Or the red border drop rates in DoE needs to be raised significantly (+200-300%)
