This is a new shower head (Delta Nicoli Single-Handle 5-Spray Tub and Shower Faucet) installed in my bathroom remodel. It replaces a cheap one I installed about 10 years ago. I used to have good water pressure with the cheap shower head. With this more expensive one, the flow is a trickle. The flow restrictor is a blue plastic disc.
