Most of them are good. All the Kamehameha waves are good, all Vegeta's moves (Gallick Guns, Final Flash etc) Bardock's moves. There are too many good ki blast skills to list really. Probably less bad ones than good ones unlike strike. Vegeta's shine shot and energy breaker (scatter) aren't good at all.
