Question for those of you who have used the Hogue Freedom Fighter. Which style tap did you use? Haven't tapped anything before so I'm not sure which style is appropriate. Taper is the most common hand tapping style from my research but the first 8-10 threads will be tapered so I'm not sure that is ideal for this use case.I think what's getting screwed is the angle the Freedom Fighter does it's drilling. It's not 90 defeees, but really angled so your bit bites kinda off and deflects then you're all super off.
