Wizard101 couch potato farming

I know Couch Potatoes are some of the better seeds in the game, and even though I've only been farming them for a few days, I can tell that's warranted. But I got Golden Couch Potatoes from the Wysteria pack last night, and am wondering if those are superior or at least comparable, or if I'm better off trashing those particular seeds.
