This creeps me out when I see someone talking to themselves like that. You'd be surprised how often people talk to themselves or have self contained interactions/ conversations. People watch and in some people its mannerisms or flicks of the wrist. Best example, if you can, go to a casino get a drink and watch people who are sitting alone.
