For making nirnhoned you need "fortified nirncrux" for armor or "potent nirncrux" for weapons. Nirncrux can be found in nodes (void ore, nightwood, void cloth) and on mobs that drop leather. Chances are low for nodes, it's 0.25% chance. Leather I don't know, but it is even lower.

In my opinion, for AoE 2 precise daggers are best for more crit, for single target one infused and one nirnhoned dagger and axe combo, enchant will proc only on one target, further its best to have an infused bow with weapon damage enchant back bar. Bleed has a very low chance (8%) and it should be procced on priority targets like boss.
