A crew member of one of the charters started screaming and waving his hands at private vessel for no apparent reason. It was alarming and unjustified. I Two Conchs has taken over dockage near the gas pumps I regularly use. If Two Conchs were friendly and polite, they would be welcomed in Marathon, but that is not the case.
