There's room for ~11,000 people on campus. I just got kicked out to make room for more freshmen, of whom there are ~25,000 every year. If half of the on-campus housing students are freshmen and half are upperclassmen, that means somewhere around 1 in 4 freshmen even make it on campus. 1 in 7 upperclassmen can live there as well.
