Feb 1, 2019 · The Columns Hotel is an excellent environment to work in, but for my career it does not provide much advancement. I have moved from barback to bartender in 2 months, which is the extent of the advancement I see in the future. I am looking for a career, specifically looking to find a career in construction management.
