The Buckhorn Exchange has been in the same, fairly small, building since 1893. I believe that it has only had 3 owners during that time. The menu is definitely pricey but includes many wild game items such as Antelope, Elk, and Buffalo. Walls are completely covered by mounted hunting trophy heads.
