Reading comprehension is not learned immediately, it is a process that is learned over time. In other words, reading comprehension takes practice. Here are ten (10) effective tips and strategies that teachers can share with students to improve their comprehension of a text. These are strategies for all students.

Text comprehension. It is available online, free of charge. Use a good and simple dictionary while reading and answering questions. Reading comprehension is an important skill, and it is not acquired by skimming over content and guessing the meanings of words and sentences. It is acquired by reading and understanding the words and concepts in your text.
