Paradox increased the cap before you hit an integer overflow issue and ships like the planetcraft from the Gigastructures mod now maintains its millions of shield hit points. Even at 25x crisis strength, their individual ships are still weaker than a planetcraft. 1.Crisis fleets are about 70k-100k each. So 10x crisis would make them about 700k-1M each.
