Everything that was working before the upgrade will still work, but you'll have to be extra careful when downloading mods that use SKSE. Place ostim below osa either in your install order (left panel) or load order (right panel). On the left panel, if clicking on ostim or osa results in either highlighted red or green then they overwrite each other somehow and ostim needs to go below osa.

As I said Project Skyrim and Licentia are your run of the mill LoTD based modlist with a ton of new content and modernized features. Licentia has been around a long time and is more stable and bug free.
