From what I understand, accepted students are given until 4/17 to officially accept or decline their seat (s). After that time the waitlisters are given more consideration. 4/17 is also the deadline to accept or deny remaining on the waitlist. So once this deadline passes some schools will then release rankings.For example, it defies credulity that Wayne State took 300 folks off the waitlist.
