I've been having a ton of fun using caestus. Go 70 Dex sharpened. Can't go wrong. You can also lower Dex a bit and go 30 faith for lightning buff. Or go faith 16 for bless weapon buff which adds to physical Damage. I've got a few builds using caestus. Pyromancer build with caestus is a ton of fun. Punish from range and then punish with melee.
