Primed mods take a lot to rank (i'm currently mr16 and have only bothered leveling one prime mod past 8 due to the massive endo cost (40k endo and 2m credits to get to rank 10)), and cryo rounds is not really the most useful mod out there since it is the only elemental mod that requires a D polarity so it'd harder to fit into most builds.Primed Cryo Rounds is outdated and was only good when Chroma was meta dps due to e.g. Serration being additive with the Fury buff from Vex Armor. You also only need rank 4 Critical delay to hit > 100% crit chance on Rubico Prime, so you can save some fire rate to build combo more quickly.Caltrops are kinda hard to aim and don’t group well, and you can’t have a whole lot out at once, so Galvanized multishot buffs don’t help much. Maybe with Primed Banes the faction bonuses might help make a difference, but I doubt it.
