With all 3 Heavy Gunner cards maxed out, I can usually do a whopping 240-ish damage with this weapon.I've been using the plasma caster and it very much feels like a vats gun, the gun has a lot of bloom and because it's semi auto that really can suck when 30% of your shots miss because the game decided to fire your shot just a little bit too much to the left. My roll has 33% bonus vats hit chance on it and it really makes the gun better to use.Also, daily ops have made ammo a nonissue. Especially for things like bloodied builds.
