Ran too much like a cooperation. Not much room to grow. Benefits are ok. Fast paced great for new nurse to gain skill sets for procedures. Never got my 3nd year or 3 rd year reviews. Made less money then new nurses coming from school. I was training them. Felt very under appreciated and over worked.
