I was expecting to receive the original remote and was surprised by the big white remote that arrived. I ended up returning the expensive clunky remote and using the free mobile Serta Remote app for my bed model. I recommend, looking into seeing if your model bed works with the different Serta mobile apps before buying this remote.the remote, verify dual sync cable connections are fully seated in both MFP ports.
