Nclex shut off at 75. The RN NCLEX is no longer 75 minimum it’s 60 minimum and 130 max. 75 and shut off isn’t necessarily good or bad. You might have aced it (I hope you did) but it also shuts off if people stay below the passing line for a certain number of questions.

Just took my exam and it ended at 76qs. I had a friend pass at 76. The # of questions really doesn't matter and theres a chance you did pass! Look up your results on continental, it shows up a the day before the PVT. Might help soothe your nerves a day ahead. I cant because I'm locked out of my pearson vue account.
