I have an unbreaking 3, lure 3, luck of the sea 3 and a mending fishing rod but when I go afk to farm for enchanted books and name tags I only get leather boots and fish (the bad stuff) I'm on Minecraft 1.16 on the latest snap shot and on peaceful difficulty so I don't loose hunger.The Nether update was just released.
