Jun 23, 2020 · Craft Farms Golf Resort. This “farm boy” was R.C. Craft who was raised in a small town in Georgia. Craft moved south to Florida before venturing to the Gulf Coast of Alabama in 1954 and in the late 1960s actually purchased a plot of land that contained corn and soybean fields. This area would later become the site of Craft Farms Golf Resort!
