Missing burgl chip pond

I found the pond chip a couple days ago, but now BURGL assigned a quest to find the "Sunken Treasure" chip, which I googled and it seems to be the same as the fishbowl quest chip (which I never got a quest for like I did with the jungle temple, grave robber, and cold blood chips). Is this a bug, or is there some way to complete the quest after you've already done it once (like the crafting ...
