I believe Engine Fixes does what the other one does plus more. I use Engine Fixes. Engine fixes all the way. I don't think the other one even works with the new update anymore. Per the author of sse fixes, you should use engine fixes. Use {Bug Fixes SSE} since it finally fixed the dreaded Ability Condition Bug.
