If they do stripped upper receivers then i would actually consider building my own.

The brs47 lower is compatible with the ks47 upper. I got a Gibbs ks47 upper on the brs47 lower and it works. But the lower only works with ak pmags, the follower on other mags sit too low and the ks47 bcg won't strip the the round out of the magazines. The KS47 upper is specifically for the KS47 lower. It's wider to accommodate the AK mags, and there are 2 rounded lugs on the bolt to accommodate the AK mags as well. I don’t think the upper is an issue. I’ve built a 74 with a mil spec upper. Pmags sucked as far as being reliable feeding in a milspec lower. Best 3-4 rds before a jamb. I had to find the ASC 5.45 mags and they flow like butter. I’m sure the 47 lower they have is a larger magwell than a 5.45 mag. I’ll check and let you know.
