Which of these are the better perk? Currently leveling my trapper, I know neither is meta but which one should I grab before entity murders the other

Hello :) So i think Thrill of the Hunt shouldn't be an Hex Perks , i mean this perk is only affecting the killer not any survivor actions like Ruin or Devour Hope . It's only a way for a killer to gain more BP.
