BPP claimed the source of the YBG sketch was a lady who lived near the trails. If true, it's possible that the 2nd sketch was just a suspicious-looking person on the rails and not BG. That was a suspicious character who may or may not be BG. The man was arrested on a different crime, unrelated to Libby and Abby.
The goatee older guy sketch was made and released about 6 months later, and it was associated with the Delphi murders for 2 years. This latter OSG was supposedly described by witnesses on the trail, and LE was sure he was the one in the video and the person that was responsible for the crime.
I'm not saying those eyewitnesses are wrong. I am saying those eyewitnesses are 100 percent correct in identifying an old guy in jeans and jacket that looked like Bridge Guy. They probably provided a 100 percent correct sketch.
