In my case once I recharged the system I started getting cold air from the passenger and rear zones. We have a 2011 traverse LT. 39,000 miles. Air started blowing hot in July. We paid to get a diagnosis of "O" rings, then paid $400 to get them replaced. Worked Ok for a month and started blowing warm air intermittantly..
