Instant replay keeps turning off

Instant Replay keeps disabling itself. I have switched instant replay to 'on' at least five times now within the week, yet every time I try to record a clip with the hotkey, I'm just met with "Instant Replay - Disabled" and I look into the settings and lo, it is indeed once again disabled. What's going on?

You have to update your Nvidia Geforce, or the graphics driver. This is basically the "Forced" update which i find so annoying. I wish they would separate the two programs. Happens to me all the time when they want an update.
