1 Roast the Fries. Cut potatoes into 1/2"-thick fries and pat dry.. Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer and roast in hot oven until golden brown, 25-30 minutes, tossing fries once halfway through.
The burgers were cooked well and served on buttery brioche buns. The toppings were simple, balanced and meant to compliment the burger. We also ordered the haystack fries ($7) which could easily feed a family of four. While these aren't the best burgers I've ever had, they pretty darn good and worth a return visit. One last note.
