Plex remote access keeps turning off

In my case, I had to setup a rule to allow TCP 32400 from all source IPs. Turn off uPNP. The plex is set to use the manual port. The problem is I have to come in and hit that retry button to make it connect from time to time. It’s like it forgets. The router points that port to the synology.

I've migrated my server to a newer machine, running PMS in a docker container on an Ubuntu host. I've updated my router to forward 32400 to the new machine.
