Hardcore on the floor peloton

I don’t think peloton workouts really give you a lot of options for strength. And you particular cannot filter well. Most of the strength workouts in my opinion are the same style so looking for serious hypertrophy or power lifting etc isn’t really where they are at.

I joined the Peloton HardCORE on the floor group on FB at the recommendation of this community but found that focuses really only on strength classes and no cardio.
