Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, Missouri Inc. is embarking on Phase 3 of the Legacy Trails subdivision it began in 2006. The third and final phase of the project will bring 14 new homes to a northwest Springfield neighborhood that already has 39 completed houses and two remaining lots.
