if you downloaded sksevr with the mod manager (Vortex) it first downloads it into a staging folder and then applies it to the skyrimVR folder, this makes two sksevr.exe launchers, so now what you gotta find and use is the one in the skyrimVR folder and not the one in the staging folder. you dont have to manually move or reinstall anything, or ...
