Terrible Equipment? Latency Issues. Since day 1 of my install, my Fidium Fiber service has been far more unstable than my coax service from another ISP. With a little PRTG magic, you can see my ping slowly increment its way to awful, and this is just to their router. Reboot the router and leave the ONT alone, and like magic, latency flatlines.
