Female Saiyan with Height X (whether you prefer health or speed) Build 1 is the best blaster, statistically, and with Super Vegeta/2, it's pretty much made to spam ultimates. Max Ki - 100. Ki Blast Supers - 100. Stamina - 25+. Health - Leftover points if you didn't put them in stamina. Benefits: Ultra Instinct auto-dodge becomes enabled (roughly at a cost of 1/2 bar of stamina per basic attack) Can activate a unique counter move with additional input while dodging.
