Fake disorder cringe. I'm diagnosed with panic disorder and other anxiety disorders and when I'm very anxious/on the verge of a panic attack I pee A LOT, multiple times in half an hour. Anxiety can also cause sudden diarrhea and many, many other physical symptoms. Also, panic attack symptoms do feel like you're having a heart attack.
