Dos2 lone wolf builds

For a lone-wolf, purely physical two handed crit build, you'd definitely want to max it out along with warfare. It's also great for melee staff builds because warfare is useless for those. two handed is one of the only ways to improve your attack damage with a staff outside of intelligence and your elemental school of choice.

For this build you want to shoot for 10 points into Warfare and 2 in Necromancer. This will maximize the damage of your Skills, both Warfare and Necromancer, as well as allow you to use the needed Necromancer Skills for a Death Knight. You can of course add more points into Necromancer to increase your healing, but none past 2 are …

Lone Wolf + Finesse + Warfare means hella damage with bows. Make sure to stand on higher ground for even more damage. It's literally the easiest build I've tried. No endless spells, no scrolls. Just a few spells from Huntsman (tactical retreat, ricochet) and Scoundrel (adrenaline). If you pick up the Executioner ability after leveling up ...For 4-man build i'm using 2/2 Hybrid (non-Apotheosis build) : Cover all Races - Lizard Elf Dwaft Human for 1st Timer. Playstyle can get boring or bland ; Fragile without their minions ; The Conjurer is perhaps one of the most overpowered starting classes in Divinity: Original Sin II.At level 21, you'll have 52 ability points to spend (72 with Lone Wolf talent). Each ability level cost its level in ability points. For example, level 1 cost 1 ability point while level 5 cost 5 ability points. Depending on the ability and the build you're pursuing, it might be better to avoid maxing an ability. WeaponsAny Belt with + 1 thievery. 6 points in thievery lets you open any door in the game and also loot 5000 in gold value. Store the gear in a pouch for safekeeping and equip them when you need to. Loremaster is best left at 2 so you can view enemy resistances. Amulets and Belts can provide up to 2 lucky charm.

At level 4, you'll have access to tactical retreat, which requires two points in huntsman. Tactical retreat is really great for positioning your backstabs. A lone wolf will only need to put the one point in huntsman, since you get double. This leads to talents. I'd recommend lone wolf, so your scoundrel really becomes OP.Your build will deal 50% physical and magical damage for both lone-wolf characters. While everything you said is useful without a doubt, this build is 100% physical damage, it just gains support from Hydro through armor, heals, and making enemies frozen or slipping on ice (the latter most often because it ignores armor). Yes Elves are the best Race but Humans are competitive for an Attack based build esp using Lone Wolf or Glass Cannon. On a high-end Lone Wolf build Elf only does about 8% more damage over a 5 turn period due to the way the 10% Bonus damage is calculated. In a 4man with less AP per turn and less Crit stats Elf does ~30% more.Summoning is a great way to blow through Act 1. A Lone Wolf character can have Summoning 10 at level 3, which basically trivializes levels 3-8. It levels off in Act 2, but you can always respec into something else at that point. I do find Summoning rather tedious to play though. Antermosiph • 6 yr. ago.Keep the Summoner (s) out of combat as long as possible. Create a surface next to you (pending target enemy armor) from Flesh Sacrifice, Spell or Wand. Then, conjure Incarnate, hit him with Peace of Mind and send him in to aggro the enemy. Then, you are free to buff him with Fortify, Armor of Frost, Farsight, Power...Huntsman/Warfare combo is great all the way through from start to finish. You will one-shot the main target in some usually difficult fights easily, if you play it right (even on Tactician). Talents you'll need are Lone Wolf, Executioner, Hothead, and then whatever you choose (Far Out Man is nice for extra Ballistic Shot dmg if you as far away ... The AI hates walking through poison, fire, and oil. You'll be surprised at how many turns they just skip in favor of trying to navigate danger zones. I use summons, totems, oil, and teleport skills to force enemies to spend as much time as possible in dangerous, impeding surfaces, enduring various elemental attacks and damaging status effects.GearsOfFate • 6 yr. ago. You can work some synergy in there if you stay away from ice, as long as you keep your hydro/aero mage's initiative higher. Rain to make a wet field to boost lightning skills, the have the geo convert the water to poison and blow it up with fire.

Best. edit: Sorry I honestly misunderstood. My brother and I played Co-Op both with lone wolf and it works in DOS2, however it wont work if you both have followers, u/Bombul described. I didn't intend on being a smart ass. Nice b8 m8.Remeber the topic is best solo lone wolf build for an entire playthrough, not just last chapter where just about every build if done right should be trivializing the game. My wand criticism was more at the beginning-middle of the game. If you are not dual wanding the damage sucks, and if you are your defense is crap.Just because spear builds are worse than two-hander builds doesn't mean that a spear build isn't viable. There is a difference between the weapons (Two-hander gets better stats and damage, while the spear gets reach). I think the big advantage of a spear build is that it uses finesse based armor, so if you like two-hander builds you could make ...Blood Mage – Necromancer Build. The Blood Mage is a Necromancer Build that relies on high Intelligence and Critical Chance to deal massive damage. Two pieces of advice for a lone wolf run: read up on fextralife’s lone wolf builds and pick your two favorites, and make sure to pick up the executioner talent to give you 2 extra action points per kill, as you will have no problem killing an enemy in one turn. Joe30174 • …Lastly, if you really like this Build, consider trying it out in Lone Wolf, because it works AMAZING. Having 6 AP per turn makes this Build even more effective because: 1) you'll hardly notice the 1 AP to swap Weapons and 2) you'll churn through Skills much faster, making the additional Skills much more noticeable against other Warrior or ...Build meant for Elf, as elves make the best use of elemental affinity for necromancy. A step-by-step list of (almost) every XP-yielding event, complete with an XP tracker. For Int based, you want to focus your stats into Intelligence first, followed by wits, and memory for spell slots. For skills, you only need 3 in necromancy (tops). You should then focus on Warfare (max this first), and splash in some Hydroshopist early (you'll want 1 Hydro and 1 Necro to use Blood Rain in Act 1, and 3 Hydro and 3 Necro to use ...With Lone wolf: Yes, it's much easier than with a 4-man group. It makes the game very easy and very boring. Without Lone wolf: Yes, although it's hard if you don't know what you're doing. If you do know what you're doing, it's hard on early-midgame until you get the ability to steamroll every encounter.Scoundrel with a little Aero dip for teleportation and repositioning will be more than you need for a Lone Wolf. Don't bother with much intelligence or extra Aero. Just use it to get those backstab crits on your weapon skills. That was my first character as well, and with a little tactical cheese, you can roflstomp the whole game.

Lone Wolf requires a party of no more than two characters. It's not per-player, that would be incredibly overpowered. Well, that's supposed to be the entire point of the perk, your character doesn't need a party to survive. There is a way to use Lone Wolf with more than two characters, if that's what you want to know.
