It also pairs well with a wide range of Doffo wines, particularly our 2016 Syrah.Went to Wilson Creek and Doffo wineries. Wilson seems to cater to larger groups, is well known for their sparkling wines and white wines (but they do have reds). We enjoyed all we tasted. Doffo drew us for their large Italian motorcycle collection but their wines were great too.
