Dnd beyond content sharing

Content Sharing Not Working. Our DM has content sharing enabled yet it is not showing up for my account. I use to have access to a range of extra spells for my Ranger and now they have disappeared. Tried logging out and back in, I’m unsure of how to reset my account so that the content works for my character again.
