Damage over time swgoh. Trying to go F2P and don't wanna be constantly needing crystals to refresh. One point of regular energy takes 6 minutes. That's 240 a day. One point of Cantina energy takes 12 minutes. That's 120 a day. You should still refresh though. Be it for the gear or experience.
