Skyrim lost to the ages shard locations

Lost to the Ages glitch? I know this is an incredibly glitched quest and has been since release (particularly on 360). But I'm playing SE (texture-only mods and USSEP) on XSX, and running into an issue getting the quest to start. I've read the book (very slowly, because that can apparently be an issue) and I get the quest in my log.
