Coosa Bluewater has woven roving within the board which eliminates the need to glass both sides from a structural standpoint. At 26 lbs/cu ft, it is lighter than plywood which is about 32-38 lbs/cu ft for A/C fir or marine ply. It wont rot, so you don't have to worry about the future of the boat.

First question is what the span is between stringers. 12", 16", or 24" makes a big difference. If you've got a small span I'd go with Coosa.
