The playoff tool works with vanilla NCAA 14 and Revamped and any console. If you want the easiest path PC would be the way to go but PS3 is easy as well. Haven't seen anybody do it on Xbox so I can't share any on that. You have a 4 and 8 team playoff to choose from and you have to do it EVERY YEAR and you can select any teams.
