Cheesy dorian step 2

I only had Cheesy Dorian and had worked through some cards and decided to update it to AnKing's overhaul. I followed the video on updating from Cheesy (changed note type, added the add ons, etc), and when I updated to "AnKing_V1_NoMedia" I saw that there were ~3K cards that had the "skipped" notifications.

I see that Cheesy has uworld subdecks within each discipline. Those who have used Cheesy, do you think this spoiled questions for you? Or not really? And for those who have tried both, which deck do you think is better? Any advice is kindly appreciated. I used anki for step1 and was amazing.
