Change fov skyrim

For the FOV issue, I had to enter "FOV 75" in the console, save and exit, add "fDefaultWorldFOV=100.0000" to Skyrim.ini, start up the game and open the 4-way menu to apply the FOV of 100 while keeping the default FOV for the arms and weapons, then save again to make it permanent.

Every time a sprint in third person, the FOV snaps out and in when i start and end sprinting. Anyone know what might cause this, or better yet, a way to remove FOV changes while sprinting entirely?
