Fossil bryozoans often contain so-called brown deposits that indicate remnants of soft tissues (e.g. Boardman & McKinney 1976; Ernst & Voigt 2002). The present paper describes three newly found examples of fossilized soft parts in autozooecial chambers of Palaeostomata in a trepostome, a fenestrate, and in a cryptostome species.
