Breadeaux is a small chain and the thing is that their pizza has a focaccia- type crust, which is buttery and crispy, but still a bit doughy -- in short, it's delicious. I was in the mood for a BBQ chicken calzone which was filled with chicken, bacon, onion and Canadian bacon, with a ton of cheese and hint of sweet BBQ sauce.
