Bigz burgers

Saw this place driving by and decided to give it a try. Got two burgers. Forget the names, one with mushrooms and the other a bacon cheeseburger. All burgers come with fries. The burgers were close to being really good, but were overdone. Like crispy, burnt overdone. If they were cooked a little less, would have been really good. Why the two stars?

I've been to Bigz twice. The first time I got glutened but decided to go during a less busy time and talk with a manager again. The manager personally oversaw my meal prep to ensure no cross contamination. The second time was a success and the burger, gf bun (Udi's I think), and fries were amazing with no sickness after.
